Jonnie Boer is a renowned Dutch Michelin star-winning head chef and co-owner of the restaurant De Librije in Zwolle, Netherlands.

The restaurant is housed in a 16th-century monastery library building.
Together with his wife and business partner, Thérèse Boer, Jonnie runs this 3-starred establishment.
The Librije Group also owns Librije’s Winkel (a cooking shop), Librije’s Hotel, and Librije’s Atelier (a cook- and wine school), all situated in a former women’s prison.
Jonnie Boer became the head chef at De Librije in 1989.
In 1992, he and his wife purchased the restaurant.
