Arnaud Lallement is the owner of the gastronomic restaurant L’Assiette Champenoise in Tinqueux, near Reims.
This restaurant achieved its third Michelin star in 2014.
Lallement’s culinary philosophy revolves around creating exceptional dishes with locally sourced ingredients.
Early Passion and Training:
Lallement discovered his passion for cooking at the tender age of 5, working alongside his father in the kitchen.
He studied at the hotel school in Strasbourg and gained experience working with renowned chefs like Roger Vergé, Michel Guérard, and Alain Chapel.

In 2000, after the passing of his father, Lallement took over the restaurant L’Assiette Champenoise.
Under his leadership, the restaurant regained the Michelin star that had been lost in 1994 and maintained it for 18 years.
In 2005, the restaurant earned a second Michelin star.

In 2013, Arnaud Lallement was named “Chef of the Year” by the Gault et Millau guide.
The pinnacle of his achievements came in 2014, when L’Assiette Champenoise received its third Michelin star.
