Hélène Darroze is a renowned French chef with an impressive culinary career.

She holds six Michelin stars across three restaurants:
Hélène Darroze at The Connaught in London, which boasts three stars.
Marsan par Hélène Darroze in Paris, with two stars.
Hélène Darroze à Villa La Coste in Provence, which has one star.
Her eponymous restaurant at The Connaught in London is particularly well-known, having achieved two Michelin stars.

After graduating from university, Darroze worked for Alain Ducasse at the Le Louis XV restaurant in Monaco. Ducasse convinced her to enter the kitchen, marking her transition from her family restaurant to a professional culinary setting.
She later opened Restaurant Hélène Darroze in Rue d’Assas, Paris, where she earned her first Michelin star in 2001 and a second in 2003.
In 2008, she became the chef at The Connaught in London, where her culinary journey faced initial criticism but ultimately resulted in three Michelin stars.
In 2012, she was honored with the French Legion of Honour as a Chevalier (Knight) by President Nicolas Sarkozy.

Darroze hails from a family of chefs, with three previous generations running a family restaurant in Villeneuve-de-Marsan, France.
Before pursuing her culinary career, she earned a degree in business.
She has two adopted daughters from Vietnam, named Charlotte and Quiterie.
Darroze splits her time between London and Paris, alternating weekly between the two cities to manage her restaurants.
